Atom Wave together with Eurobank presented the brand new Internal Coach Certification program designed with the HR Internal Coach in mind. It is a Solution Focused certification program for internal coaches only and is designed to equip HR teams with a set of comprehensive skills to coach confidently within their organizations while simultaneously get prepared for individual certification.
The presentation gave an inside view about about Eurobank’s journey in Developing a pool of Internal coaches, the organisational framework put in place to support the sustainability of internal coaching, about the measurement methodology of the program's business results and how it was designed to fit for the organisation needs from the perspective of both Atom Wave (provider) and Eurobank (Client organization). The session was co-presented by Ms. Alexandra Flilippidou, Talent Development Manager at Eurobank, and Ms. Olympia Mitsopoulou, Atom Wave Founding Director and Program Designer.
