Building Coaching Capabilities is not a One-Off event

Tailored Design

We work with you and your team to create a tailored in-house program that meets your organization's specific challenges.  For each team we design a bespoke program that will equip them with a coaching skill set and more importantly we support them to incorporate it in their everyday people management practice.

Atom Wave pioneered the concept of focused practice on a selected coachee and the concept of 1to1 coaching combined with training, the use of digital learning platform, and the incorporation of ROI calculation amomgst others. In 2014, Atom Wave was shortlsted for European BEST PROGRAM award by the EMCC.

Our team has designed programs for 100 organizations internationally, ranging across all hierarchical levels from plant team leaders to C-level, from different industry sectors such as IT, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Minerals, Petrochemicals and worked across cultures with teams in Europe, Asia, and America.                                                           

Face to Face Training in Modules

A carefully designed highly interactive in person training spread over a six-month period. Participants receive a total of 20 training hours, during which they practice and receive detailed feedback from their instructors. During the training they master coaching tools and methodologies especially designed for coaching within organizations. They are supported by a practical coaching manual, tool cards, reminder cards and a complete Coaching Kit with everything needed to coach with confidence. 

Group Coaching

Within the program, participants also work with the group coaching methodology. They are assigned into small groups with a Group Coach instructor who takes them through the process of mastering all the coaching tools in real life applications.

1to1 Coaching while implementing with actual team

Coaching and Feedback training is applied to different members of the team with the support of the Coach-Trainer through 1to1 coaching sessions. This is how everything learnt in class, is applied with actual team members. It's one thing to coach peers withing a classroom environment - yes! it gives great practice in a safe setting, but we also want to make sure participants are confident coaching clients within their organization. 

The Coach-Trainer will support each participant with feedback, answering questions, discuss challenges and how to deal with them. 

CERTIFICATION

By accomplishing the full training program requirements, the practice assignments, the group coaching, and the real coachee practice requirements successfully, participants earn 30 ACSTH ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) by the ICF. These hours cover 30 out of the 60 required training hours for credentialing at ACC level by the ICF.

Helping leaders understand the business impact of coaching helps sustain a coaching mindset towards people development and this reinforces program efficiency and ROI.

As an overview, we start by establishing base line measures for each participant, then we track progress throughout the program and then consolidate results and report back to the organisation.
