What is Solution Focused Team Coaching?

Solution Focused Team Coaching is about having meaningful team conversations about any important to the team issue. It is about asking the right coaching questions and structuring a "space" which will help a team find its common desired future, bring out team members' creative resources and inspire commitment to practical next steps.

The Solution Focused approach contrary to traditional change management practices, is about focusing on what is wanted (not "diagnosing" what is wrong), discovering “what works”  and what are all the teams' resources, and on small concrete next steps versus big scale action plans.

  • It is results-oriented with a methodology that guides the team towards concrete action steps vs vague "wishful thinking" team ideas.
  • It is Solution Focused, with tools to work on what needs to get achieved faster rather than wasting time on diagnosing why something doesn't work, .

  • It is versatile, we do it for you or you get trained with our Train-the-Leader  2-day workshop and get all the necessary tools to coach their team all by themselves.
