In the spirit of Host Leadership, INTRASOFT International Int’l in collaboration with Atom Wave launched its first Solution Focused WORLD CAFÉ about the On-boarding experience of newcomers. A great group of 40 members of the organization exchanged ideas about what has worked best, what is wanted and produced practical ideas for improvements. Now is more than ever, the time for conversations that matter and move to the era where employees themselves are Producers of information vs. Consumers of information.
