Our client, an international banking organization, with total assets of over €77.3 billion and more than 20,000 employees, offers its products and services both through its network of over 1,700 branches and points of sale in more than 10 countries, as well as through alternative distribution channels. In Greece, this institution is the leader in consumer lending, mutual fund management, investment banking, equity brokerage and life insurance. It is also the largest lender to small businesses in the country and among the Top 5 lenders to large domestic corporations of the private sector.

Project – Phase I


We were asked to develop and deliver a nine-month Mentoring program focused on employee retention and career planning. The program was aimed at retention of new hires (last 12 months to two years) and middle management development in the IT division The division was comprised of 300 employees, 32 of whom participated as mentors (middle management representation) and 70 of them as mentees (new hires’ representation).
