LEVEL 1 - ICF Accredited education: The course offers 86 hours of ICF-accredited Level 1 education—the most widely recognized standard for coaching excellence. Upon graduation, once you complete 100 client hours and the ICF exam, you will have fulfilled all requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
Master the Art of Solution Focused coaching: Learn how to coach with a pragmatic and brief coaching methodology, the Solution Focus which is particularly fit for the business environment. Get to structure a coaching session applying the ICF framework of competencies from the session agreement, topic exploration, to the next step creation.
Measure the ROI of coaching: Get our proprietary model to quantify the ROI and business impact of your coaching programs. While key performance indicators (KPIs) may not fully capture the essence of coaching, demonstrating a clear return on coaching investment can facilitate its introduction and long-term sustainability.
Supervised Peer and Client Practice: During the program duration, you get to practice coaching with your peers supported with supervision by the course facilitators-coaches. You also get to practice with real clients and this way you can deal with real client issues within the safety of a supervised coaching program.
Mentor Coaching: Mentor Coaching is receiving professional feedback based on an observed or recorded session. It is specifically designed to help coaches refine their skills, style, and competence, while ensuring alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. During this program you will receive 10 mentor coaching hours, which cover the minimum hours required by the ICF for accreditation (seven group and three individual mentor coaching hours).
Ethics and Deontology: You will learn how to interpret and apply the ICF Code of Ethics and the Global Code of Ethics. Drawing on our experience with internal and organizational coaching, we share additional know-how on navigating real-life ethical dilemmas and the specific complexities of coaching within organizations. Using multiple concrete cases, we explore typical gray zones and different ways to respond, while emphasizing that ethical reflection, supervision, and ongoing dialogue remain essential elements of professional practice.
Create a Coaching Culture: You will be able to design and manage an A-Z coaching assignment as you will be equipped with a complete coaching KIT and everything covering all the key requirements to delivering coaching internally.
