As an executive coach, she has more than 800 logged coaching hours (Alpha Bank, JTI Hellas, AXA, LeasePlan Hellas, Alcon, Nestle, CSL Behring, Astrazeneca, FHP-Vileda, Randstad Hellas, Persado, Greenpeace, Iberdrola, etc) within which she has coached more that 250 senior managers. She has worked as Senior Project Manager for Thomas International (Personal Profile Analysis) - SELECON CONSULTANTS, working on applications of Thomas system, consulting & training. She has also worked as Project Manager for Grid Seminars of Scientific Methods - INTERSYSTEMS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, working on Marketing, client development & implementation of Grid management programs and as Senior Management Trainer for ACHIEVE GLOBAL - Professional Selling Skills (PSS).

She is a founding member of the Hellenic Coaching Association (Affiliate of EMCC) and ICF Greece Chapter Katy speaks Greek, English and Turkish.
