He oversees the full lifecycle of program implementation, from the initial setup of our learning platforms to the day-to-day management of communication between mentors and mentees. 

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, Lefteris is the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges, ensuring that the user experience remains intuitive and barrier-free for all participants. His commitment to the coaching philosophy is deepened by his completion of the Atom Wave Level 1 "Internal Coach Certification," allowing him to approach technical management with a genuine understanding of the coaching mindset.
