Olympia has 30 years’ experience working as a coach, mentor, trainer and instructional designer. In 2002 she founded Atom Wave (then H2g0) because she believes that addressing people at their strengths as well as developing relationships of trust are the key to High Performance Organizations. Along with her Atom Wave associates, she has designed large-scale structured Coaching and Mentoring programs for 100+ organisations internationally.
Olympia is an expert in supporting organizations create their own teams of internal coaches and mentors. She is one of the pioneers in designing structured programs of mentoring since 2002. In 2018, she designed the “Internal Coach Certification” the first Solution Focused ICF accredited program exclusively designed for Internal Coaching with a vision of ‘democratizing’ coaching through giving access to high-quality coaching services to large numbers of employees.
Olympia has developed the Zoom-In Zoom OutTM model for tracking business impact and ROI of Leadership Coaching programs to help leaders understand how developing a coaching mindset is linked to business results. The Atom Wave "Solution Focused Coaching for Managers" was shortlisted as Best European program in Coaching by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential, the EMCC Senior Practitioner and is a Certified Master Coach by the Solutions Academy. She holds a B.A from the American College of Greece in Psychology, and an M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from the University of Cardiff.
Twenty years of experience in a range of business disciplines within a multinational corporation with specialization in the fields of: Corporate Coaching, Human Resources Management as well as Retail Brand Management & Marketing Communications.
Marialexia started her career in the HR of Shell Hellas S.A and after becoming Head of Resourcing Dpt, responsible for the areas of manpower planning, recruitment strategy, organizational structure & training. She then entered the field of corporate brand management and led the design of brand strategy and implementation of marketing communication plans for all retail products and services with regional line responsibility for South Europe. In 2005 she became member of the global organization (Shell International Petroleum Company) and she held the positions of Global Retail Media Strategy mgr and Global Retail Advertising & Comms mgr.

As Project Manager and Tech Lead, he ensures the seamless operation of our developmental mentoring and internal coaching programs. He oversees the full lifecycle of program implementation, from the initial setup of our learning platforms to the day-to-day management of communication between mentors and mentees.
With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, Lefteris is the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges, ensuring that the user experience remains intuitive and barrier-free for all participants. His commitment to the coaching philosophy is deepened by his completion of the Atom Wave Level 1 "Internal Coach Certification," allowing him to approach technical management with a genuine understanding of the coaching mindset.
